The decorative wood trim moulding’s egg and dart pattern is unique, yet it gives a classic feeling, making the piece suitable for most design styles. The longer version is 250cm long, the width is either 20 or 27mm. Its beech surface can be treated at will, making it adjustable to most styles. The egg and dart molding can become a great wooden crown moulding, door panel molding or kitchen cabinet molding. When restoring furniture, it can help decorate the pieces or even build completely new ones. When using it for doors, a groove can be made by milling into the door panel. If inserted into that, the decorative wood trim moulding will fit perfectly, and the fact that it was added to the door later on will be hidden.
Ideas for gluing moldings
We tried the following adhesives for gluing the top decoration and cornice (of course, many other types of adhesives can also be good).
