Open cane webbing for radiator cover

Rectangular open cane webbing is recommended for the radiator covering and the other door fronts, for the suspended ceilings where the  ventilation is required. The rustic appearance gives a unique look for this cane. The fiber width of the 5x5 code is 5 mm and the size of the cube is also 5 mm x 5 mm. The threads have a width of 5 mm and the hole is 8 mm * 8 mm of the caning code 5x8. This material comes from the rattan skin and therefore can only be treated with special dyes. For example, it can be well colored with a dye mixed with special lacquer (shell lack). This matter darkens and matures over time. It will be softer from the water, extends slightly and expands when dried.

This modern cane weaving option get his name from the weave pattern which traditionally cover the radio speaker in the earlier time.
