Material of the diamond wooden trellis: beech. We supply our trellis panels in boards without frames, measuring 1250*650*5mm (length*height*thickness). Slats making up the product measure 15*2.5mm (width*thickness). The slats intersect the sides of the panel at a 45-degree angle. Hole size: 15mm along the side length.
Various types of wood are used in manufacturing wooden trellis panels, each offering its own advantages and characteristics. Beech is a hardwood, making it more durable and resistant than pine. Its colour is slightly darker with a uniform texture, giving it an elegant appearance. During the production of wooden trellis, particular attention is paid to the quality of the wood and the uniform thickness of the slats. They are always sold untreated, allowing customers to paint, varnish or stain them according to their preferences.
Diamond wooden trellis is an extremely versatile and timeless interior design element that can be used in countless ways in modern homes. Whether for radiator cover panels, room divider screen, or even creative DIY projects, it always provides a stylish and practical solution. This product can be used to create radiator cover panels. Its openwork structure makes it suitable for subtle, breathable room separation. Preparation: Dust the wooden trellis panels and, if necessary, clean any stains with white spirit. Priming: For a durable and even finish, use a primer. Painting method: It is practical to use a spray paint for a more uniform surface. Painting with a brush is not recommended, as the paint may drip on the reverse side. Select the type of paint based on your usage requirements. Usually, a wood stain followed by varnishing, if needed, brings out the grain of the wooden trellis panels best.
Before mounting, measure the inside dimension of the frame and cut the wooden trellis panels to size. It is important to make it 1-2 mm smaller so it does not fit too tightly in the frame. Place the panels in the frame and ensure they are correctly positioned. For gluing, it is advisable to use silicone adhesive or another paste-type glue. Apply a thin layer of glue to the inner edge of the frame, then position the diamond wooden trellis and press it onto the surface. If possible, clamp or weigh it down until the glue sets. Once mounted, check that the wooden trellis is firmly positioned in the frame. After this, you may paint or stain it if you wish. Our product is also known as a room divider screen.
