Ordered rattan and spline for repairing a chair. Website easy to negotiate. Quick delivery from Hungary to Ireland. Good quality product, which made the repairs simple.

I ordered four natural beech furniture legs. I received a high quality, very nicely turned product, I didn't even have to repaint it, it matched the colour of the armchair so well, but if one prefers, a plain varnish may be sufficient. The screw locations are marked out, but the legs are not drilled all the way through, something to look out for when assembling.Customer service is very helpful and delivery is fast. First class company, I recommend them to everyone!Dr. Béla M.

I was looking for a short length of bobbin trim for a shelf - most companies in the UK charge more for the carriage than the item so thought I would just leave the shelf plain then googled naturtrend - the shipping costs and the product price were so reasonable I thought I would just try it and if it was a disaster or took ages to arrive well it wouldnt matter. Anyway 3 days later my order arrived - so well packaged using a piece of bamboo to stabalise rather than lots of plastic. The trim is excellent quality - I cant wait to order again thank you so much a really fabulous shopping experience

Great company with quality products. Delivery from Hungary to Ireland within 1 week. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Kept me fully informed, delivered promptly, excellent product and really good value.

Absolutely perfect! Excellent customer service. Stunning, perfectly crafted Roman blind to my exact measurements and arrived quickly and safely.Exceptionally high quality at such a low price, not like your cheap superstore bamboo blinds!!!Would highly recommend and will definitely purchase again.

Amazing company with fantastic customer service. Product is excellent and arrived well packaged and undamaged. Highly recommend.

I needed wooden trim for a display cabinet I’m restoring. Naturtrend had just what I needed. From start to finish they were excellent. Can’t fault their customer service. Thank you.

Very impressed! Would recommend using Naturtrend Impex. We contacted the company and received lots of assistance and received the blinds in the UK from Hungary in just over two weeks. Thanks again!

I am entirely satisfied with the products (rattan threads), and particularly with the service I received. They were extremely helpful, quickly responded to all my questions and have gone above and beyond what I would normally expect from a vendor. The package was received within a day (in-country delivery).

I order 3 blinds to be delivered to the UK. Throughout the process, the communication was excellent. The blinds turned up in less than 2 weeks and were better than I expected. I have now ordered another one to compliment the ones I have already ordered. 100% recommend ordering with these guys.
