Our first Naturtend experience...Simply perfect! The products perfectly match whom what we ordered and we are very satisfied of them. Since the beginning to the end, Order very well done processed . Absolutely Nothing complain to do! Great job!

I had already placed a few orders in the past, not large ones. This time I tried to ask to change the size of some items to save a few euros on shipping costs. Any other company would have refused, perhaps politely, and that is understandable. Instead, Naturtrend came to my aid and took great care to find the most convenient solution for everyone. Not only that, I also received help with payment, because from the online shop directly I could not get the reduction. The delivery time was really quick. I was impressed by the kindness, helpfulness and patience of this company. Congratulations, it is rare today to find people who are humanly helpful.

Azienda affidabile, seria e competitiva, ho acquistato 4 piedi a sciabola per un porta documenti sono stati molto seri e affidabili, acquisterò sicuramente altri prodotti da loro, 5 ⭐ sono poche. Complimenti dall'Italia 🇮🇹
